    失眠

       又是一个无眠之夜,折腾了一个多小时,还是决定爬起来。然后泡上一杯香茶,就着荧荧屏幕,独自枯坐。
       推开窗户,城市,依旧霓虹闪烁,却褪尽繁华,唯剩璀璨,一如洗尽铅华之贵妇,雍容而高贵。
       时间悄然滑入秋季,夜深时分,丝丝凉意,沁入皮肤,却是益发的清醒。
       偏生脑中一片空白,庸人自扰般,不知在烦躁些什么,只好带上耳机,寻求音乐之安慰。一直都认为音乐是样很神奇的东西,无论什么风格的,开心时听了心情会随之UP,悲伤时听了仍会随之HIGH起来。那种自然的节奏感,恰到好处地熨帖灵魂,比之阅读,要直接而又有效许多。

    好像和人的身体周期有关,有时候一段时间就会说不好,说不定因为压力太大吧,有时候是潜意识里的忧虑。放轻松一点就会好很多的。
